maintenance services and guarantee all maintenance concerns will be responded to within 24 hours.
All
completed maintenance work orders are followed up by one of our customer service representatives to
ensure you are satisfied with the level of quality and service you received.
We care about our residents and want them to experience a level of student living that supports their
educational goals and does not add any undue stress, so they have more time to concentrate on school
and enjoy college life. To address any of your needs or concerns and to provide an open line of
communication we provide a dedicated customer service email to assist in addressing all resident
